Fingerworks iGesture NumPad external for Max/MSP

This is an external for Max/MSP for reading raw finger position data from the Fingerworks iGesture NumPad.

Note that,

- The iGesture iPad doesn't support this feature
- You need iGesture NumPad with firmware 1.5 or later
- Only the latest instance of the external is active at a time (my limitation, not Fingerworks')
- As a Mach-O external it will only work on Max/MSP 4.5 (and up) on Mac OS X.
- Includes source.

2005-10-18: added new leftmost inlet: bang after all fingers have been reported.
